Honoring the Legacy, Welcoming the Future

ABOUT THE PAST CHAIRS LUNCHEON:

The Past Chairs Luncheon was established as a way to honor the legacy of Leadership Corpus Christi’s most dedicated alumni, its former program chairs. Originally founded by Chairs DeeAnna Heavilin (Chair of Class 51), Marisol Ramirez (Chair of Class 52), and Thomas Cronnon (Chair of Class 53), this annual tradition was created to celebrate the leadership, vision, and countless hours contributed by those who have helped shape the program into what it is today.

Held each summer, the luncheon brings together past chairs from across the decades to reconnect with one another, engage with the Leadership Corpus Christi Alumni Association, and receive an inside look at the accomplishments of the most recent graduating class. It also marks the official unveiling of the next class, giving chairs the opportunity to welcome new leaders into the fold.

More than just a reunion, the Past Chairs Luncheon is designed to:

• Reengage former chairs with the current and future direction of the program
• Strengthen the bridge between past and present leadership
• Support the continued growth and sustainability of LCC through ticket sales and sponsorships
• Publicly recognize the immediate past chair for their commitment and service

The event remains intentionally intimate, with complimentary admission provided to all past program chairs, and limited ticket availability extended to LCCA Past Chairs, Lifetime Members, current Board Members, and Board of Governors members.

This gathering is a heartfelt thank you and a powerful reminder of the impact that strong, servant leadership continues to have on the Coastal Bend community.
